Liberi Group opens up database for Rare Diseases

Over the last 10 years Liberi Group has been successful in making deals for biotech companies with both Strategic Pharma and Investors, all on a global or regional level. Even though our expertise in deal making has been in cross border transactions in very different therapeutics areas and development stages, the last few years we did see a huge demand in the Rare Diseases area.

For this reason, Liberi Group has focused the last few years increasingly in this very interesting area. Through various conferences, data bases, web search, PatentWeb, FDA, EMA, Chambers of Commerce and other sources, we have been able to set up a dedicated Rare Diseases database. Basically an overview of biotech companies as well as mid-size and larger pharma with Rare Disease Projects. Many of them still searching for a strategic partner and or investor. Many of them having been “under the radar” for a long time.

Given the high quality of this database, and the high need to have many of those projects developed, we have decided to open up our database for the use of other companies. Our database gives an overview of companies that we know, divided by therapeutic area, development stage etc. Projects originate from all regions and entries can be made in different ways and contain hyperlinks to scientific websites.
